"Repeat until correct" does not have any effect

**Description:**
The toggle "Repeat until correct" should (I assume) prevent users from progressing to the next question unless they have the question correct. However it does not seem to have any effect on the quiz progress

**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Install and enable the Quiz module.
2. Create a new quiz and select "Repeat until correct" in quiz settings
3. Add multiple questions. (Tested on multichoice and single answer questions)
3. Take the quiz and submit incorrect answers.

**Expected behaviour:**
User should be forced to retake each question until correct

**Actual Behavior:**
User is able to progress to the next question with an incorrect answer

**Additional Information:**
- Drupal version: 10.3.0
- Quiz module version: 7.0.1
- PHP version: 8.2.23

    Hey ideafarm !!
    I tried to reproduce the issue but it seems to work fine for me.
    I enabled the "Repeat until correct" feature and selected wrong answer in quiz and it don't let me move to the next question until I choose correct option. I think the issue might have resolved in the newer releases.
    I'm attaching the video for your reference.
