Why a separate issue from the bot one?

Because the bot one shouldn't be used, in my point of view, for manual updates.

Not my project, but I always used to bot issues. It's unlikely that the bot will do more at this point, but you can for example do a separate branch and merge request in the same issue if you're concerned about that.

I tested MR!10 in Drupal 11 and work fine.
