Views pager shows as vertical list

Full pager and mini pager styled for view block. I had also attached patch for immediate use.

Hi, I've applied the provided MR as a patch and it applied cleanly without any error. After applying the patch the view blocks pagination is now appearing as horizontal, in addition the styling has also been improved for the pagination. I'm attaching the screenshots of before and after fixes for reference. As the changes are working fine, moving it to RTBC.

Thanks for this - i have patched my site and confirm the outcome is now that the pager is showing as per your last screenshot.

This SCSS selector should be dynamic, like nav[aria-labelledby^="pagination-heading--"]. I believe this approach is better. Please let me know if I am wrong.
