Generate file extension mime type map with fileeye/mimemap update utility

Problem/Motivation

Right now we need to manually update our extension to mime type map. This leads to out of date data resulting in bugs like 🐛 Some file extensions in field.field.media.document.field_media_document.yml are missing from ExtensionMimeTypeGuesser Active

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Use a utility like fileeye/mimemap to automatically generate this map. We can manually review the changes before committing, much like we do when updating yarn or composer dependencies.

Had a quick play with this. It would require adding the library as a production composer dependency and a bridge for our MimeTypeMapperInterface being added in 🐛 Separate MIME type mapping from ExtensionMimeTypeGuesser Needs work

Going to postpone on that for now.
