Cardinality on slots field

Problem/Motivation

If you create a slot field you can choose cardinality for the slots field type. This should by default maybe be unlimited.

Steps to reproduce

Create a block with the slots field and limit cardinality of 1. The form element doesn't respect that and let you add more then 1 slot condition, but then blocks any further actions like removing or changing.
