While editing a node, the right sidebar (with fe. revision log message) in not accessible by keyboard, even if it is reported in automated tabbing sequence testing.

Set up Drupal 11.x with standard profile. Navigate to /node/add/page
Tab through all the keyboard focusable components and see that right sidebar is never focused.
