Selecting unlimited duration causes displaying Yes (until date) under the Active column on poll overview page

Problem/Motivation

When a poll has unlimited duration, On the poll overview page, a date is displayed Under the Active column. i-e `Yes (until :date)

Steps to reproduce

Create a poll with unlimited duration and go to the poll overview page.

Proposed resolution

Only the string Yes should be displayed under the active column.
