Improve usability of Taxonomy term creations

Problem/Motivation

Currently we have several taxonomy vocabularies and we display default options to SM.
Some of them are not relevant and should be hidden in every vocabulary following these rules:

As a CM+ when I create or edit a taxonomy term in the following vocabularies I only see relevant fields.

Acceptance criteria
Profile Tag

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is visible

Organization Type

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is visible

Event Type

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is visible

Report Reason

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is not visible

Topic Type

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is not visible

Organizations

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is not visible

Nationality

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is not visible

Interest

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is not visible

Group Type

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is not visible

Expertise

  • Generate automatic URL and URL field is not visible

Steps to reproduce

  • Enable Social COntent Report, Social Event Type, Social Event, Social Group Flexible, Social Profile Fields, Social Profile Organization Tag and Social Profile modules
  • Access the which taxonimies mentioned before and check the fields as listed before

Proposed resolution

The taxonomies where the Generate URL should be visible should be added the Social Path Manager module as dependency and should be added an hook-update to current installation as well.
The taxonomies where the URL should be not visible, should be added an hook-form-alter to hide the path field.
