Okay we need to use the "standard" install profile to have the basic block available!

There was 1 error: 1) Drupal\Tests\block_component_library\Functional\LoadTest::testLoad Drupal\Core\Config\Schema\SchemaIncompleteException: Schema errors for views.view.block_component_library with the following errors: views.view.block_component_library:display.default.display_options.fields.views_bulk_operations_bulk_form.selected_actions.1.preconfiguration.get_bundles_from_results missing schemaNow looks like an upstream issue from view_bulk_operations to me? @Grevil what do you think?
