Tall components are displayed too small in component list tooltips

Overview

Issue spotted in the MR for 🐛 The component preview should have a background: include theme's global asset libraries for component preview Needs work so this can't be addressed until that lands but it needs design consideration anyway.

A component that has a height significantly bigger proportionally to it's width is displayed very small in the component preview that shows in a tooltip when hovering. See test case in the screenshot using the sdc_test_all_props component.

(You can install that component for testing with vendor/bin/drush pm:install sdc_test_all_props --yes

Proposed resolution

Ideally a design led solution - but I suspect it will be something like a requirement to display the preview at a bigger width but clip/cut off some of the height.

User interface changes

I did find a non-final design in Figma but it doesn't particularly cover this use case.
