Publish status button not showing up on node edit form when modal is used

Will this be fixed with 🐛 Ensure sticky action buttons to work with modals and ajax refresh-calls Needs review ?

This only shows the Save button on modal, the published status checkbox doesn't shows up in modal.

Steps to reproduce are unclear can you please add clear steps.

I also wasn't able to reproduce this with the given MR, published status shows up in form.

I'll close this one as can't reproduce for now.

Ensure that you have the Permission for that Role use to: Node > Administer content
