Correct name, description in list-group.component.yml

Problem/Motivation

The name and description properties in list-group.component.yml are incorrect. Looks like they are residual values from copy/paste:

status: experimental
description: Give textual form controls <input>s an upgrade with custom styles, sizing, focus states, and more.

Proposed resolution

Update them as appropriate.
