Problem/Motivation

Deprecated function: explode(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($string) of type string is deprecated in maintenance_exempt_get_ips() (line 108 of modules/contrib/maintenance_exempt/maintenance_exempt.module).

Steps to reproduce

1. display warnings
2. put the site into maintenance mode
3. go to an uncached page, e.g. /user/login
