[1.0.2] Add thumbnail.png files

Problem/Motivation

DSFR have thumbnails for components: https://www.systeme-de-design.gouv.fr/composants-et-modeles/

UI Patterns 2.0.0-beta2 will be released today and will display those thumbnails in Layout Builder.

Proposed resolution

It would be nice to add those thumbnails in each component folder before tagguing alpha1

For each component; download https://www.systeme-de-design.gouv.fr/uploads/composants_{component_id}_{hash}.png as components/{component_id}/thumbnail.png.

it is not testable with UI Patterns 1.x but testable with UI Patterns 2.0.0-beta2 and Layout Builder, so after the merge of this ticket, let's also rebase and update 📌 Automatic conversion to SDC & UI Patterns 2.x Postponed merge request.
