[2.0.0-beta2] Missing dependencies when configuring entity view displays

Problem/Motivation

In a few situations, the dependencies are insufficient.
For example, enable field layout module without layout builder, select a classic layout (not ui patterns layout),
configure an ui patterns field formatter on a field, and select a component.
the dependency to the module providing the component is not added.

this may be due to the config dependencies returned by the field formatters plugin
(check function getPluginDependencies of Drupal\Core\Plugin\PluginDependencyTrait)

let's investigate this.
