Hi,
On Drupal 10.3.x, when create or update text formats, errors occures on each Onomasticon filter's settings keys (onomasticon_vocabulary, onomasticon_definition_field, onomasticon_definition_filters, onomasticon_tag, onomasticon_disabled, onomasticon_implement, onomasticon_orientation, onomasticon_cursor, onomasticon_repetition, onomasticon_ignorecase, onomasticon_termlink) even if filter is disabled.
This happens because of there is no config schema declared.
For example in core module filter which contains filter_html filter, there is a config schema file which declare the structure of filter_html settings (see filter_settings.filter_html key in filter.schema.yml).
