Update summary on project page for compatibility with Project Browser

Thanks for opening this. “New” seems useless in this description. The whole thing seems wordy. How about:

Provides a field for storing international postal addresses.

Actually, what’s wrong with the existing summary?

Provides functionality for storing, validating and displaying international postal addresses.

Defined the summary per #3, but moving to NR for other eyes before I close it.

Thanks for reaching out. I think the person creating the description wanted to be clear that it can be used for all addresses, including international ones outside of one's country. You can leave the summaty as is, if you feel international cover that.

I greatly prefer the current summary, and I feel that "international" is descriptive enough. So, let's keep it.
