Getting error when visiting configuration page with Drupal 11

The website encountered an unexpected error. Try again later.
Too few arguments to function Drupal\Core\Form\ConfigFormBase::__construct(), 1 passed in /var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/weather/src/Form/SettingsForm.php on line 77 and exactly 2 expected
