Create MR with SDDS Sections so XB demo can use MR patch

Updated cards and cta sections (the latter needed to work around xb bug 📌 Rename content to cta_content to avoid XB name collisions bug RTBC ).

Added stats cards section:

All the sections are there now except hero but it's easy to add a pargraph and button to hero.

Pipeline failure needs fixing. Going for a walk but will take a look in a couple hours

Not sure how to fix the pipeline...

Running npm audit fix is not obvious but I'm tired.

But the sections work so :shrug:

Yay! I'll need to find the issues for how sections will be defined in the future. I know there is a plan to be able to save sections in the UI, but I think also to create them in code.
