[2.0.0-beta2] "Context Selector" Visible inside layout builder

Hello Christian, almost there :)
just one thing :
- for EntityComponentBlock, the value i have set makes sense "layout_builder.entity", because those block plugins are only available in layout builder.
- for ComponentLayout i am not sure this value always make sense. We need to adjust a little bit the function componentsAdjustContextEntitySelection

maybe we check the options if the value exists?
