[2.0.0-beta2] Validate Layout before saving the layout

i see now we validate layouts and blocks, why not the other pugins we provide? and should we use #element_validate ?
and/or we keep using the validation mechanism from each underlying plugin (layout, block.. etc)?

The validations works now. When you nest components it is not clear which component is wrong configured because also the parent component can not be rendered. Lets add a new issue for beta-3

i tested a little bit, i did a small config on layout builder.
they when i go to the rendered page of my node, i have :

Can you uninstall UI styles and continue the testing
