Create a new version of module

Do you have any more changes planned? Maybe we could get 📌 Automated Drupal 11 compatibility fixes for tmgmt_ec_etranslation Postponed in as well before creating a new release? Shouldn't be too much work.

I am not planning any other changes at this time

The latest version of mgmt does not support D11. I would like to progress without #3435013
