where the user had problems enabling the module and the solution was to clear cache, yesterday (12/15/2024) I found that it was also necessary to go to the extend screen and enable the module. I suppose Drush could have enabled it too, but just clearing cache didn't do the trick. (I had run update.php after the composer install but that didn't enable the module either).
