Improvement to Chatbot

It checks if the output is HTML and doesn't apply it then, otherwise it will apply markdown by default.

I also changed the default preprompt of the assistants to use Markdown.

It has a fake build process right now in package.json - when we start doing something more complex we move to webpack or vite or something.
