I have a non-required Text (formatted, long) Description field but on node add/edit all the tabs appear with class `required-mark` (shows in Gin admin theme as red asterisk). The node can be saved without adding a value to any of the Description field tabs, so the "required" is not being enforced.
* Add a content type field with multiple languages eligible for translation. Add a Text (formatted, long) field. Observe that the tabs show as required.
Tabs should only show as required if the field is required.
