My Workbench tables do not show their titles

On the page /admin/workbench I see some tables, but they all have no title. No user will understand what the tables contain.

I have seen the views do have titles, but it looks like these are not displayed with Claro theme. Any idea what need to be done here?

basic_html text format does not exist in D10.3.2

Update the views with a text format that is available in D10.

I found the reason now... but looks like a defect. The Configure Header: Global: Text area had no Text format configured.

After setting to Full HTML the titles are showing now.
