Integrate views_linkarea into Views Core

Problem/Motivation

Being able to place links in the top or footer of views should be part of Drupal Core Views module IMHO.

There are so many typical examples, like

• action links to create entities of the listed types
• configuration links to link settings pages on admin views
• etc.

that this feature would definitely make sense to put into Drupal Views module natively.

That would also allow other modules to place those links without needing this contrib module. For example ✨ Add a link to the configuration page on the broken links report page Active

Could someone prepare a core issue feature request for this please?
