Add a link to the configuration page on the broken links report page

Problem/Motivation

For UX it would be great to have a link to the configuration page on the reports page (/admin/reports/linkchecker).

As it's a view, currently it might be tricky to put it there?
It might need an (unwanted) dependency on https://www.drupal.org/project/views_linkarea → or a different trick.

(My vote would be to integrate https://www.drupal.org/project/views_linkarea → into Drupal Core to have this features natively...)
