PHP 8 compatibility

Problem/Motivation

I'm using simplenews 7.x-1.1 with PHP 8.
On every cron execution I've this php error:
Call to undefined function each() in SimplenewsSpool->nextSource() (line 273 of /var/www/public/sites/all/modules/simplenews/includes/simplenews.source.inc).

Proposed resolution

Fix code by removing the old php functions
