Similar to user Personas, we need a simplified abstraction to understand faster the defining behavioral or attitudinal characteristics of fewer user types grouped by their Jobs To Be Done (JTBD).
We’re creating three archetypes to focus the work on them to ensure we meet their needs and it's simpler to understand. We’ve included useful attributes related to skills, knowledge and experience as well as Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) for each archetype.
