Problem/Motivation
After I upgraded my site from Drupal 10.2.3 to Drupal 10.3.1 the payments listing stopped functioning.
This is the error and stack trace:

Steps to reproduce
- Upgrade core to 10.3.1
- Run drush updb
- Run drush cr
- Access admin/content/payments
If I remove/comment out the list_builder in the \Drupal\payment\Entity\Payment annotation and clear caches the issue is resolved.
I'm wondering why a list_builder is needed if the listing is built with Views?
