Change many SDDS components to "obsolete" to slim down number of components in XB UI

Problem/Motivation

The XB UI won't have a good way to categorize/organize components for Barcelona, so a stopgap is to mark components as "obsolete" that shouldn't be shown for now per:

📌 New component requirement: obsolete SDCs must not be auto-added, but must be auto-updated Active

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Now that the MR has been merged into XB, we can mark many of our components as "obsolete".

Remaining tasks

Note that I moved many YAML files to have the .txt extension yesterday to hide these so that needs to be reverted

Move the yml.txt files back to .yml
Change the status to "obsolete"
Check they don't show up in the XB UI

User interface changes

Non-Barcelona-demo components won't show up in XB.

This has been done for now. There are a few non-demo components that are still not obsolete on purpose to have more components to play around with. Will create follow-up for hiding the remaining right before the demo.
