Create default role descriptions for the standard profile

Problem/Motivation

✨ Give roles a description value Needs work is adding a description for the different roles on /admin/people/roles. For the roles created by the install profiles there is the need of having default descriptions.

We have already started discussing and ideating repeatedly in three ux meetings about the micro copy: 📌 Drupal Usability Meeting 2023-06-09 Active , 📌 Drupal Usability Meeting 2023-06-16 Needs work , and 📌 Drupal Usability Meeting 2023-12-01 Needs work . We haven't come to a final consensus yet. All the discussions about the draft should happen in https://docs.google.com/document/d/1AIWUDvZugOizcdzboFZ34lgQOebpGHpWmzPn... for now within in the section for the standard profile. Best either add new suggestions and or use the comment function leaving your thoughts about already added ones.
