Add missing fields to private message thread members formatter settings

Problem/Motivation

The field.formatter.settings.private_message_thread_member_formatter configuration is missing two important fields: prefix_separator and display_current_user. These fields need to be added to the YAML mapping to ensure that the formatter settings are fully configurable and aligned with the expected functionality.

Proposed resolution

The following fields should be added to the mapping:
prefix_separator (type: boolean)
display_current_user (type: boolean)
