Specify conditions across Paragraph fields in the Entity referencing them

Problem/Motivation

Is it possible to have conditional states across the fields of multiple Paragraphs?
For example: I have a content type and 2 paragraph types are referenced. I want to make Field2 of Paragraph2 visible based on the value selected in Field1 of Pargraph1.

    This FR lines out the limitations of paragraphs I mentioned years ago when many recommended Paragraphs as a replacement of field_collection and other multiple value field bundles. Since paragraphs are references we have to make complex checks available. Please read on in the issue queue regarding paragraph support. There are some open tickets and there is possibly still many things to do. Help is welcome! +1
