I would like to move the description of a select other field above the form element, but the position dropdown does not have an affect.
Create a new webform with a select other field
Add a description
For the description position choose before
Create a template suggestion for webform field sets
Update template to include the before or after logic that exists in form-element.html.twig

The same behavior happens for the field types "Checkboxes other" and "Radios other"
I think 🐛 Checkboxes/Radios with description display set to "before" renders description in #prefix Active might have addressed this issue.
