Problem/Motivation

There are two tests a couple of minutes each and we can shave 30s seconds off each.
Before:

DblogViewsTest
Local:
Time: 01:05.966, Memory: 6.00 MB

OK (14 tests, 310 assertions)

Daily pipeline:

https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/jobs/2514526
Drupal\Tests\dblog\Functional\DbLogTest 13 passes 113s
Drupal\Tests\dblog\Functional\DbLogViewsTest 14 passes 146s

After:
Local:

DbLogViewsTest
Time: 00:46.143, Memory: 6.00 MB

OK (9 tests, 295 assertions)

MR pipeline:

Drupal\Tests\dblog\Functional\DbLogTest 8 passes 73s
Drupal\Tests\dblog\Functional\DbLogViewsTest 9 passes 97s
