Add Window component

Hi !

I don't think Window will help resolving the Toast issue, to resolve that issue we will need to set the toast to position: absolute; and add a parent with position: relative;

Do you still need the Window component to be created ?

Indeed Window component is not mandatory to resolve this issue.

Nevertheless, with or without it we need to wait that 2 UI Patterns 2 issues are fixed :
