Rework Modal/Button components

Problem/Motivation

Modal component should only display Modal markup and not the markup of the button display in the doc.

Proposed resolution

Delete the code related to the button. Maybe improve button component in order to be able to use it with Modal component.

  1. Remove button markup from twig template of modal component and update attributes object
  2. Add new prop (modal_id) to button component and update twig template to display onclick attributes if prop is filled
