"The element for this Shepherd step was not found" error

oh interesting. another interesting aspect in this regard. the position setting is also ignored if not selector is set. it falls back to be auto, letting the tip appear in the center.

I would expect the position to be ignored since it's not attached to anything. Could probably update the form so that the position filed is hidden till there is text in the selector field.

the error is fixed (tested before and after) and i really like to dynamically show the position select field based on if a selector was entered or not. nice idea. +1 rtbc
