With D11 released this was on our list of modules needing to upgrade. See the last release was last year but the queue is very clean and maintained.
So thought I'd offer to help co-maintain and get D11 release out.
For this module I probably would do semantic branch 3.0.x for 10.3 || 11 so we can drop all potential old php support and convert the field plugins to attributes vs annotations. Also new branch means old one remains as is.
If you check my profile you'll see I helped maintain a few dozen modules as is and help support drupal core (where I can)
