Allow SVG logos

svg uploads in general are not allowed by default in Drupal core due to the potentially of XSS from .svg files.

There's an existing issue in the queue that would allow the URL to an image to be specified as well as file uploads and that would in turn allow svgs.

This is really interresting information I was not aware of. Thanks for this details.
