Alan Rako has reviewed the designs. We've decide that he won't update our Figma and we can just refer to the d.o redesign Figma.

Alan Cole & Feb have started on the new components.

I still need to create the rest of the child issues.

Add Figma and screenshot.

I merged in a baseline. Still need to create child issues and give credit.

We still need the mobile CSS.
