"Broken links report" should filter broken links only

Problem/Motivation

The broken links report - as the name says should only filter for broken links. That means the 200,206,302,304,401,403 should not reported by default. I see it is useful to have the ability to use the other filters, but showing 200 codes to normal users that should fix their content makes not much sense. This will only confuse as these are non-broken links.

Change the view to filter only broken links by default (change "- any -" to "failed").
