Update Twitter Links to Reflect Rebranding to X

As we know, Twitter has rebranded to X. During my use of this module, I discovered an issue where users are initially redirected to Twitter before being taken to the correct destination when they click on a username.

We need to update all Twitter links in the module to point to X (x.com) instead. This will ensure that when users click on @username, they are taken directly to the correct destination on X without the initial redirection to Twitter.
