Make 2.0.x the default branch

This is risky and confusing in GitLab!

Experiencing this on over half the helps I help co maintain. Driving me nuts!

@smustgrave maybe apply as main maintainer? @neslee seems to be entirely inactive.

@smustgrave I have added you permission to Administer maintainers, you can now change the branch settings.

Maybe it's cached? I don't see the settings gear in gitlab
