Show human readable & translatable availablity status

Problem/Motivation

Instead I think it should show the human readable label like in the form:
https://git.drupalcode.org/project/commerce_product_availability/-/blob/...

And it should be translatable:
{{ availability_status|t }}

I think we should pass the machine name and the label to the theme?
Should we have some kind of alterable function to return the possible statuses or is this YAGNI? ;)

I was thinking about a simple alter hook to return the key / value array to be used for the form and output... With the current array as defaults.
