Discuss if we should create SDDS 0.x branch to align with Drupal CMS and Experience Builder branches

Problem/Motivation

Right now the main Drupal CMS (Starshot) branch and Experience Builder branch are using 0.x.

To keep aligned with them, we should decide if it would be good to follow the same pattern.

Proposed resolution

Determine if we want to create an 0.x branch and mark 1.0.x unsupported for now.
