Page layout: regions, template and missing components

Problem/Motivation

We need to add proper page structure because it is still hardcoded in info.yml and page.html.twig

Proposed resolution

Let's copy the layout of https://daisyui.com/ website, where everything fit in a drawer component with at least 2 regions:

Maybe more if needed (header, footer..)

For that, we will need to introduce drawer component

It will also be the opportunity to introduce menu, dropdown, navbar... components.
