Paragraphs entity embed fails to run after Embed module update

Problem/Motivation

After the recent release of the Embed module version 8.x-1.8, the Paragraphs entity embed module no longer works

ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function Drupal\embed\EmbedType\EmbedTypeBase::__construct(), 3 passed in /var/www/html/docroot/modules/contrib/paragraphs_entity_embed/src/Plugin/EmbedType/Paragraph.php on line 25 and exactly 4 expected in Drupal\embed\EmbedType\EmbedTypeBase->__construct() (line 29 of modules/contrib/embed/src/EmbedType/EmbedTypeBase.php).

Steps to reproduce

Update the Embed module to latest release then attempt to run/install Paragraphs entity embed .
